What is “Jewish food”?
Where do our traditions come from?
Why do we eat what we eat?
Together, we’ll learn all this and more, then practice in the Beth Tikvah kitchen, preparing familiar staples and perhaps some new dishes and tastes. All are welcome; no prior Jewish/cooking knowledge is required. Recipes will either be dairy- and nut-free or gluten-free/gluten-free modifiable. Join us as we learn, cook, and most importantly, eat!
